Pack Your Items
Place the original items in their initial packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
